- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles, maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Manage inventory levels of spare parts and consumables, controlling costs while meeting customer demands.
- Monitor workshop performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement to enhance overall efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year experience in a similar role within the automobile industry.
- Strong understanding of Car Service, Vehicle Quality, Spares Management, Customer Communication, and Service Advisor principles.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a rapid-paced environment with multiple priorities.
