- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktop environments and software applications.
- Solid understanding of system diagnostics and performance monitoring techniques.
- Ability to manage and maintain desktop configurations and updates effectively.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques to assist end-users efficiently.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
