Role Descrip¢on
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Execu¢ve / BDE to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for genera¢ng leads, managing accounts, and developing new business. This role will also involve communica¢on with clients.

Responsibili¢es:
Devise sales strategy to maximize customer share by upselling and cross-selling as appropriate.
Handle Horeca Channel (Hotel, Bar and Restaurants, Supermarket, Hyper Market, Ins¢tu¢on, Cafeteria, etc.) for all SKUs.
Responsible for achievement of Sales Targets assigned on monthly, quarterly, half- yearly yearly, and yearly basis.
Maximize volume and revenue in Key accounts by u¢lizing fact-based selling methods.




Fostering strong rela¢onships with major Hotel chains, Restaurants
Maintain and monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts, to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, ¢meliness and cost.
Liaise with Head Oce to get compe¢¢ve pricing and get be¢er deals.
Responsible for ensuring 100% ll rate, PO follow-up, and smooth delivery of PO.
Meet poten¢al channels/ current leads with Sales execu¢ves/buyers and obtain sales orders.
Ensure clear and eec¢ve communica¢on.
Develop Key account-specic business plans and measure performance against set targets.
Manage new leads and exis¢ng channels, pitching the expanding range of products.
Plan monthly targets, communica¢ng and guiding the sales team.
Expand exis¢ng customer base through innova¢ve sales prac¢ces and networking with poten¢al customers.
Maintain MIS and sales reports and provided ¢mely feedback and sharing of regular visibility images to supervisor.
