Role & responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist them with seating and basic queries.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and well-maintained.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Assist guests with menu-related queries and special requests.
- Coordinate with kitchen, cashier, and other operations team members for smooth service.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate complaints to the reporting manager when required.
- Refill service essentials, maintain stock of cutlery and crockery, and ensure readiness of the dining area.
- Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Skills: Valuable communication, customer service, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Presentable appearance and willingness to follow grooming standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
