- Should have excellent communication skills
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
- International calling experience candidates are preferred.

Job Summary :

Chart Retrieval Agent is responsible for on outreach program which involves making an outbound call to request and obtain medical records from healthcare providers.

Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

- Contact healthcare provider offices to request copies of medical records
- Identify and coordinate the method for record retrieval with provider office
- Maintain skilled and frequent contact with provider offices throughout the record retrieval process
- Provide accurate and timely updates on the record retrieval status to Cotiviti clients
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan.
- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned
