About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and business-driven Associate Director Sales Operations & Client Delivery to lead large-scale sales and client delivery operations supporting a global B2B technology and digital marketing business. This leadership role requires an experienced qualified who can seamlessly combine Sales Operations, B2B Sales Management, Client Delivery Excellence, and People Leadership while driving operational performance, customer success, and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large teams, multiple client accounts, commercial performance, revenue operations, and client engagement within BPO, Contact Center, Digital Services, or Technology-enabled business environments.

This role demands a leader who can think strategically, execute operationally, and drive business outcomes through high-performing teams and client-focused delivery excellence.





Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience

- 15-20 years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing Sales Operations, Client Delivery, or Business Operations.
- Strong experience in:
- B2B Sales
- Sales Operations
- Client Delivery
- Operations Management
- Revenue Operations
- Customer Experience Management

- Proven experience managing 200-400+ FTEs across multiple layers and multiple client accounts.
- Extensive exposure to Contact Centers, BPO, Business Services, or Technology-enabled Operations environments.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, business growth, and profitability.
- Experience leading transformation and process improvement initiatives.
