Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving packaging equipment maintenance, machine reliability, preventive maintenance, automation support, breakdown reduction, spare parts management, TPM initiatives, and continuous improvement programs within the manufacturing workplace.

Key Requirements

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Engineering / Packaging Maintenance
- FMCG manufacturing experience preferred
- BE/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with automated packaging lines and packaging machinery
- Strong exposure to preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, RCA, and machine reliability
- Knowledge of SAP/ARIBA, spare parts planning, and inventory management preferred
- Exposure to TPM, EHS, Quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance and troubleshooting of packaging machinery
- Preventive maintenance scheduling and execution
- Breakdown analysis and root cause investigations




- Machine efficiency and reliability improvements
- Spare parts planning, procurement, and inventory optimization
- Vendor coordination and OEM management
- TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support statutory, EHS, and food safety compliance requirements
- Drive maintenance excellence and operational efficiency
