Junior Interior Designer

Experience: 1 Year
Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture

Preferred: Immediate joiners with construction industry experience

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop creative interior design concepts, mood boards, material boards and colour palettes.
- Prepare client presentations with design references, furniture selections, finishes and styling concepts.
- Create 2D layouts, 3D visualisations and detailed interior working drawings.
- Design furniture layouts, modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings and other interior elements.
- Research current interior design trends, materials, textures, furnishings and cutting-edge design solutions.
- Source and shortlist furniture, lighting, dcor, fabrics, wallpapers, laminates and finishes.




- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material samples, specifications and quotations.
- Assist in BOQ preparation, material specifications and basic cost estimation.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, design coordination and execution reviews.
- Coordinate with clients, senior designers and site teams to ensure designs are executed as approved.
- Maintain organised design presentations, material libraries and project documentation.

Skills Required

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Canva / PowerPoint for design presentations.
- Knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape or similar rendering software is an advantage.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, colour combinations, materials and spatial planning.
- Ability to create professional mood boards, concept boards and material palettes.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture and lighting.
- Good communication, creativity, research and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design assignments.
