Role & responsibilities
*Welcoming the customer on-board and creating a Member Profile.
*Understanding the member choice, expectations and identifying the uniqueness of the Member.
*Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.
*Maintaining positive rapport with the member; providing the right 'Elite' experience and delivering quality service.
*Managing a set customer portfolio with robust follow up
Preferred candidate profile
- Be fluent in English and the relevant regional language, such as Tamil for Tamil Nadu or Malayalam for Kerala.
- Have outbound call-centre experience.
- Have hands-on dialer experiencemandatory.
- Possess strong communication, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
Have a telesales or sales background.
