Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage the NPD process for machining-based products, including planning, design, prototype development, testing, and refinement.
- Collaborate with design engineers, R&D;, and other stakeholders to ensure that recent products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
- Oversee the creation and validation of product design documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure that new products are manufactural, cost-effective, and scalable, working closely with production and supply chain teams.
- Develops a project plan with clear milestones and deadlines to ensure the product is delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate the development and testing of prototypes, including identifying and resolving design or production issues.
- Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback post-launch to evaluate the success of the product.
- Ensures that the product complies with all necessary legal, regulatory, and industry standard
