Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for various roles within the BFSI industry through bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, and sales hiring.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions for their staffing needs.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for each role.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in BPO recruitment or non-IT recruitment (BFSI).
- Proven track record of successful bulk hiring campaigns with a focus on talent sourcing and acquisition.
- Solid understanding of the BFSI sector's unique challenges and requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
