Mode C2h or Full time employment based on the preference of the person

Required Technical & Soft Skills

- CRM Platform Expertise: Strong technical or functional hands-on administration/workflows configuration experience specifically within CRMNEXT.
- Banking Domain: Prior domain exposure in retail assets, liabilities, or client onboarding workflows within Indian banking or NBFC spaces
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to act as a bridge between business-user departments, internal IT architects, and technology vendors

Core Responsibilities

BRD & FSD Management: Manage the preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Feature Specification Documents (FSD) by engaging with user departments to map out customer service and onboarding requirements

Application Customization: Oversee the development, implementation, and customization of the CRMNEXT application by coordinating with external vendors to align with the bank's project timelines

User Acceptance Testing (UAT):



Execute functional test cases, troubleshoot configurations in the UAT setting, and oversee the creation of user manuals.

System Uptime & Support: Manage day-to-day IT operational uptime, resolve integration bottlenecks (e.g., between the CRM and the Loan Origination System), and handle post-production bug fixes.

Process Improvements: Continually identify digital onboarding and relationship-management enhancements to streamline customer Turnaround Time (TAT).

we prefer candidates with:

- 3–6 years of relevant CRM or application experience.
- Direct, hands-on experience with CRMNEXT.
- Banking or NBFC experience, preferably in retail lending, liabilities or customer onboarding.
- Experience preparing BRDs/FSDs and conducting UAT.
- Exposure to production support and CRM–LOS integrations.
- A maximum 15-day notice period.
