Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes, improve employee engagement, and enhance organizational culture.

- Design and execute talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics-driven solutions for workforce analytics.

- Provide coaching and guidance on best practices in human resource management to senior leaders and line managers.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies while maintaining a positive employer brand reputation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM degree in Humanities or related field; minimum 20-25 years of experience in HR & IR roles.

- Proven track record of success in developing & implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Solid expertise in Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Capability Building & Culture Building.
