Job Description

Budget Signs is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage electrical production activities related to signage manufacturing, LED letters, illuminated signboards, wiring, and electrical assembly. The candidate will ensure production quality, electrical safety, manpower productivity, and timely completion of orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise electrical production, wiring, and assembly of illuminated signage and LED letters.
- Handle LED modules, power supplies, drivers, wiring, connectors, and electrical components.
- Ensure proper electrical connections, insulation, testing, and product functionality.
- Read electrical drawings, layouts, and production specifications.
- Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot electrical defects before dispatch.
- Supervise electricians, technicians, and helpers on the production floor.




- Coordinate with fabrication, assembly, quality, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain material consumption, production records, and daily output reports.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and production timelines.

Candidate Requirements

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant trade.
- 3–6 years of experience in electrical production, preferably in signage manufacturing, LED signboards, or electrical assembly.
- Practical knowledge of LED installation, wiring, electrical testing, and fault identification.
- Ability to manage production teams and meet daily targets.
