Job Summary

The Accounts Intern will assist the Accounts & Finance team with day-to-day accounting activities, financial documentation, invoice management, data entry, and record maintenance. This internship provides practical exposure to accounting processes and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily accounting entries and financial data management.
- Maintain and organize invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and verification of financial transactions.
- Help prepare and maintain expense statements and supporting documents.
- Update and maintain accounting records in Excel and accounting software.
- Assist with GST-related documentation and basic compliance activities under supervision.
- Verify bills, invoices, and other financial documents for accuracy.




- Support the team in preparing basic financial reports and MIS statements.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Familiarity with Tally, Tally Prime, or other accounting software is an advantage.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Internship Details

- Duration: 3 months
- Work Location: Noida, Sector 142
- Learning Opportunities: Practical exposure to accounting operations, financial documentation, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Internship Certificate: Subject to successful completion of the internship and company policy.
- Stipend: As per company policy.
