HRBP Intern Job Description
Role: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Intern
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HRBP Intern to support HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an interest in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Assist with onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
- Coordinate recruitment and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR reports.
- Support HR business partners in day-to-day activities.
Eligibility: MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field. Freshers are welcome.
