1. Project Management & Coordination

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of telecom-related projects.

Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information across internal and external teams.

Act as the single point of contact for project status, risks, and issues.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and documentation.

Oversee daily activities of U.S.-based field technicians including scheduling, progress tracking, timesheet validation, and documentation follow-up.

Serve as the primary point of contact for technician questions, escalations, and scheduling conflicts.

Monitor technician utilization, availability, and weekly deployment plans.

Track and manage project deliverables, check-ins, and timelines to ensure smooth daily operations.

Escalate delays or issues to project leadership as needed.

Own day-to-day operational execution for assigned projects and ensure process compliance.

2. Stakeholder & Customer Communication

Communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders and clients.

Conduct regular status calls, reviews, and reporting aligned with US CST working hours.

Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, operations, and vendor teams.

3. Risk, Issue & Change Management

Identify potential risks and blockers and drive timely mitigation plans.

Manage project scope changes and ensure alignment with customer expectations.

Track and escalate critical issues to leadership when required.

4. Process & Delivery Excellence





Ensure project governance and telecom delivery standards are followed.

Support resource allocation, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Monitor project KPIs and SLAs to ensure service excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

3-8 years of experience in project management or project coordination, preferably in Telecom / Networking / ISP / Managed Services domains.

Strong understanding of telecom network components, provisioning processes, circuit delivery, or similar technical workflows.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies in data, schedules, and field updates.

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis, cleaning datasets, dashboards).

Strong operational discipline and follow-through on tasks and deadlines.

Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage operations with minimal oversight.

Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in project coordination or project operations (telecom or field services preferred).

Experience supporting or managing remote/field teams across different locations or time zones.
