Job Overview

We are looking for a PhD in Genetics professional with solid expertise in oncology-focused genetic diagnostics to support patient counselling, medical education, KOL engagement, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide pre- and post-test genetic counselling for oncology patients
- Support oncologists in test selection and result interpretation
- Engage with KOLs Medical Oncologists, Pathologists, Geneticists
- Conduct and moderate CME programs, scientific meetings, and workshops
- Train and support sales and business development teams on oncology genetic tests




- Participate in joint field visits to drive test adoption and business growth

Eligibility

- PhD in Genetics / Molecular Biology / Human Genetics
- Experience in oncology genetics / molecular diagnostics preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel for CMEs and KOL meetings

Preferred Background

- Exposure to NGS-based oncology panels, hereditary cancer testing, and somatic mutations
- Prior experience in diagnostics, genomics, or medical affairs
- Package offered between 10 lakh and 15 Lakh depends on experience
