Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting services to clients.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for financial reporting and accounting practices.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in finance or related field (accountancy, auditing).
- Strong knowledge of Netsuite ERP system or similar financial software applications.
- Proven track record in managing teams or leading projects involving complex financial analysis and reporting.
