We are looking for a skilled Snowflake + dbt Developer with strong experience in data engineering, cloud data platforms, and contemporary ELT pipelines. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, data models, and transformation workflows using Snowflake, dbt.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ELT workflows using Snowflake, dbt, and Python.
- Develop and optimize dbt models, transformations, tests, snapshots, and macros.
- Work extensively with Snowflake for data ingestion, transformation, warehousing, and performance optimization.
- Develop Python scripts and applications for data processing, automation, validation, and pipeline orchestration.
- Build reusable and scalable data transformation frameworks using dbt.
- Implement data quality checks, testing, documentation, and lineage using dbt.
- Optimize Snowflake queries, warehouses, storage, and overall data-processing performance.




- Integrate data from multiple sources into Snowflake.
- Troubleshoot data pipeline failures and resolve performance and data-quality issues.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, BI teams, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Follow best practices for Git, CI/CD, code reviews, and deployment of data pipelines.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake
- Strong experience with dbt / dbt Core / dbt Cloud
- Strong SQL skills
- Good understanding of Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT concepts
- Experience in developing data transformation pipelines
- Experience with dbt models, tests, snapshots, macros, and incremental models
- Experience with Git and CI/CD
- Good understanding of data modelling concepts such as Star Schema, Fact and Dimension tables
