Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Proposal Manager with a solid background in the water and wastewater treatment industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end proposal development, tendering, and bid management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage preparation of techno-commercial proposals
- Review tender documents, specifications, and scope of work
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for inputs
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing strategies
- Ensure timely submission of bids with complete documentation
- Participate in client discussions, clarifications, and negotiations
- Identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies in proposals
- Maintain proposal database and documentation
- Track bid status and follow up with clients
