Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Purpose

To plan, execute, monitor, and maintain civil construction and infrastructure projects across Auric Motors locations, ensuring quality, cost control, timely completion, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Civil Construction & Project Execution

- Supervise construction, renovation, expansion, and maintenance of dealership showrooms, workshops, offices, and other facilities.
- Execute civil works for Arena, NEXA, workshops, bodyshops, and other dealership outlets as per approved layouts and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within approved timelines.

2. Site Supervision & Quality Control

- Conduct regular site visits and supervise contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Ensure quality of RCC, masonry, flooring, painting, plumbing, waterproofing, and finishing work.
- Verify measurements, drawings, material specifications, and workmanship.

3. Cost & Material Management

- Prepare and verify BOQs, estimates, quotations, and bills of quantities.
- Monitor project budgets, material consumption, and labour costs.
- Verify contractor bills and measurements before recommending payments.
- Ensure optimum utilization of materials and minimize wastage.

4. Contractor & Vendor Management

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Track contractor performance, work quality, and delivery timelines.
- Resolve site-level issues and escalate critical deviations to management.

5. Maintenance & Infrastructure

- Inspect existing outlets and identify civil maintenance requirements.
- Plan and execute repair, renovation, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure facilities remain protected,



functional, and presentable.

6. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, safety standards, and approved drawings.
- Coordinate for required permissions, inspections, and documentation.
- Maintain project records, progress reports, measurements, and completion documents.

7. MIS & Reporting

- Submit regular project progress reports, cost updates, and site inspection reports.
- Highlight project delays, budget deviations, and quality concerns.
- Maintain documentation for all ongoing and completed projects.

Educational Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience

- Relevant experience in civil construction, commercial buildings, showroom projects, or industrial infrastructure.
- Experience in multi-location project execution and contractor management will be preferred.
- Automobile dealership, showroom, or workshop construction experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- AutoCAD drawing interpretation and estimation.
- BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and billing.
- Project planning, site supervision, and quality control.
- Contractor and vendor coordination.
- Cost management and problem-solving.
- MS Excel, reporting, and documentation.
- Willingness to travel to different locations across Rajasthan.

- Timely completion of projects.
- Adherence to approved project budgets.
- Construction quality and reduction in rework.
- Accuracy of BOQs and contractor bills.
- Timely completion of maintenance requests.
- Compliance with safety standards and approved drawings.
- Effective coordination and regular project reporting.
