Digital Business Unit Level/ Band Role Summary : Support the Actuarial function as a member of either the Statutory Valuation or Shareholder Reporting team, delivering accurate and timely actuarial reporting, analysis, and business insights. Responsibilities include managing statutory reserves and solvency assessments, asset share and bonus supportability analysis, surplus reporting, Market Consistent Embedded Value (MCEV) calculations, analysis of MCEV movements, and business planning activities. The role contributes to regulatory compliance, financial reporting integrity, and strategic decision-making through high-quality actuarial analysis and stakeholder engagement B. Supervises NA Job Dimensions Geographic Area Covered Mumbai & Thane ( Job Location : - Thane HO & Turbhe ) Stakeholders Internal Call Center-Internal , BIU Analytics , UW Team, Medical Management Team, IT , Other stakeholders if any

C. Key Result Areas Reporting Understand end to end business flow of Websales channel Regular stock taking of submitted policies Identify various reason causing delay in issuances @ call center level @ TALIC Level.



Coordinate with NBT Team to clear policies from NBT Bucket Coordinate with Medical Management Team to align medicals of customers @ preferred location

Coordinate with UW Team to clear NB Queries Liaison between outsourced calling unit & internal TALIC Dept. to transparent pendancies Circulate updated MIS as per requirement Timely update to team on TELE MER Guidelines , Medicals Guidelines , NBT Checklist to sure 80% FTR Frequent visit to call center to drive education series on above matters
