Job Role- Senior Executive - Accounts Receivable & Finance Operations

Education - CA Qualified only

To qualify for the role, you must have

- CA with 1-3 years of work experience
- Strong Knowledge in Accounting, Finance, MIS etc

- Solid understanding of billing, accounts receivable, reconciliations and month-end close activities
- Accounting knowledge and ability to connect operational finance information with statutory records
- Ability to manage detailed schedules, multiple deadlines and cross-functional dependencies

- Reconciliations against statutory information: Prepare and maintain reconciliations between AR, billing and statutory accounting information. Investigate differences,



document explanations and coordinate the timely resolution of reconciling items with the relevant finance teams.
- Engagement creation and maintenance: Coordinate the creation, update and maintenance of engagements and related financial attributes. Validate supporting information, approvals and master-data accuracy, and follow up on incomplete or incorrect setup impacting billing or accounting.
- Monthly closing schedules: Prepare, coordinate and monitor monthly closing schedules for AR and billing activities. Track deadlines, dependencies, completion status and open items, and escalate risks that may affect an accurate and timely close.
