At present, we are looking a candidate for the position of "Product Trainer" at our Office in Delhi.

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for branch product training online and offline, with a customer-centric approach. Organize, deliver, and facilitate product training and education via live classroom, onsite training, video conference, and one-on-one training across channels for employees and customers.

2. Collaborate with region and HO to conduct product training, including designing, developing, and optimizing creative, high-quality, interactive product course curriculum, distributor product trainer management, and product training campaign management.

3. Liaise with region and HO to ensure all recurring product learning programs are updated regularly, including product, materials, and procedure upgrades.

4. Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on recent developments regarding the company's and competitors' products.

5.



Direct and support the region and branch on product training events and operate community engagement online and offline.

6. Organize and manage events such as seminars, workshops, and training across the country to conduct training and promotional meetings.

7. To impart training and ensure that distributors change Ranks, help in generating data, and inform the same to distributors.

8. Motivate the distributors to achieve the target for tour qualifications, coordinate with HO to generate the data for tour qualifiers and intimate the same to the distributors.

9. Design, produce, implement, coordinate & evaluate tactical launch training activities for assigned products.

10. Support other teams in the product launch planning and coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

1. With 2+ years of experience designing technical product training course content, excellent organizational skills, close attention to quality, detail, and accuracy.

2. Hindi, English, and any additional language.

3. Graduate/ Postgraduate

4. Passion for teaching, motivating, and coaching, with the ability to create and sustain good relationships with customers.
