SAP Business One Functional Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and gather functional requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and propose SAP Business One solutions.
• Configure and implement SAP B1 modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and MRP.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP B1 implementations, including blueprinting, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation such as BRD, FSD, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Provide user training and functional support to end users.
• Support data migration activities using DTW and validate data accuracy.
• Develop and support standard and custom reports using Query Generator / basic SQL.




• Coordinate with technical consultants for custom developments, integrations, and add-ons.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

SAP Business One certification.
• Experience with SAP B1 add-ons and third-party integrations.
• Manufacturing, Trading, or Service industry exposure.
• Experience in multi-company and multi-currency environments.
• Strong documentation and process-mapping skills.
