Fuzentrix Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated female candidates to join our team as Business Development Associates Telecalling. Freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills and an interest in sales and business development are welcome to apply.

The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining educational programs, generating leads, following up with interested candidates, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and potential customers.
- Explain educational courses, programs, and services clearly.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
- Convert potential leads into enrollments and sales.
- Schedule counseling sessions and follow-up calls.
- Maintain daily call records, lead details, and reports.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.




- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with prospective students.

Skills and Requirements

- Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
- Confidence in handling phone calls and explaining course details.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
