Job Title: Service & Maintenance Technician Lift / Elevator

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of home lifts and elevators.
- Attend service calls and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Diagnose and resolve lift breakdowns and technical issues.
- Inspect lift components, safety systems, and electrical connections.
- Conduct routine servicing to ensure smooth and safe elevator operation.
- Handle emergency breakdowns and complete repairs within the specified timeline.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain service reports, inspection records, and maintenance checklists.
- Coordinate with the installation and service teams to resolve technical issues.
- Travel to customer locations,



including premium homes and luxury villas, for service and maintenance activities.
- Provide professional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, service quality standards, and assigned schedules.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience in lift/elevator service and maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
