The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client accounts within the Facility Management Soft Services portfolio. The role involves ensuring service excellence, maintaining strong client relationships, driving operational efficiency, managing profitability, and identifying opportunities for business expansion.

Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients.
- Build and maintain solid stakeholder relationships across client organisations.
- Conduct regular governance meetings, service reviews, and business reviews.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through consistent service delivery and issue resolution.

Operations Management

- Oversee delivery of soft services including housekeeping, pantry management, pest control, landscaping, concierge, mailroom, and related services.
- Ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)



and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements and best practices.
- Conduct periodic site audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Financial & Commercial Management

- Manage account profitability, budgets, and cost optimisation initiatives.
- Monitor revenue realisation, invoicing, collections, and contract compliance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling facility management services.
- Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor site managers, supervisors, and operational teams.
- Ensure adequate manpower deployment and resource utilisation.
- Drive employee engagement, productivity, and performance management.
- Ensure training and development of frontline teams.
