Apvision Technologies is looking for detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executives to support sales operations, customer coordination, order processing, invoicing, and delivery management. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales coordination or sales support, with the ability to coordinate effectively with customers, OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and send customer quotations.
- Handle customer email communication and support.
- Follow up on quotations and convert them into orders.
- Process purchase orders and coordinate with OEMs/suppliers.
- Prepare Tax Invoices, E-Invoices, and E-Way Bills.




- Coordinate material availability and delivery schedules.
- Provide order and shipment updates to customers.
- Work closely with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
- Maintain customer records and sales documentation.
- Coordinate packing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.

Experience Required:

- 1+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Sales Operations.
- Experience in B2B Sales Operations is preferred.
- IT/Technology industry experience is an added advantage.
