Program Manager Founder’s Office

Location: Gurgaon • Experience: 1–3 years • Full-time

About the role

We’re looking for a Program Manager to work closely with the founder across strategic projects, business execution, and marketing. You’ll turn ideas into action, coordinate across teams, and see projects through to completion.

You should have a practical understanding of social media, branding, and content, along with hands-on proficiency in AI tools to improve the speed and quality of your work.

What you’ll do

- Drive projects: Translate the founder’s priorities into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage execution: Coordinate with teams and external partners, track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure follow-through.
- Support marketing and branding: Help develop brand messaging, campaigns, and content across channels.
- Coordinate social media: Manage content calendars, support creation and publishing, and track performance.
- Build the founder’s presence: Turn ideas and perspectives into posts, presentations, and thought leadership content.
- Support decisions: Research markets, customers, and competitors, and prepare concise analysis and recommendations.
- Use AI effectively: Apply AI tools to research, content, analysis, presentations, and automation,



while checking accuracy and maintaining brand voice.
- Keep priorities visible: Maintain project trackers and communicate progress, risks, and next steps.

What we’re looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in program management, a founder’s office, business operations, or marketing.
- Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders and taking ownership of outcomes.
- A working understanding of brand positioning, social media strategy, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for good design and consistent communication.
- Comfort using data to assess project progress and marketing performance.
- Hands-on proficiency with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools, with examples of how you use them in real work.
- Strong organisational skills, initiative, and comfort with changing priorities.
- Sound judgment and discretion when working closely with the founder.

Valuable to have

- Experience working with agencies, freelancers, designers, or content creators.
- Familiarity with Canva, social media analytics, and paid marketing platforms.
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Exposure to a startup setting or working with senior leadership.
