We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented State Head – Personal Loan Collections to lead and manage collections operations across the state. The incumbent will be responsible for driving collection efficiency, minimizing delinquency, managing field collection teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
