Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Authorize and process patient payments, including credit card transactions.
- Identify and address denial management by investigating reasons for denials and appealing denied claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing issues and improve revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.
