Role & responsibilities

- Robust experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Crime, AML, or Transaction Monitoring.

- Good understanding of banking and financial services processes.

- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.

- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

- Knowledge of AML regulations, KYC, fraud detection, and suspicious transaction reporting.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and UAT.
