Experience 2 to 7 yrs for diploma 10 to 16 yrs

Qualification – Btech/BE/diploma -full time Only

Job Responsibilities:

Should having experience of installation of molding machine (above the 1000T m/c capacity).

- Must have knowledge of operation of Injection Molding machine & other equipment.
- Trouble shooting of molding machine & other equipment will be added skill in the criteria.
- Knowledge of building & utility specifications for input giving
- Molding related other equipment like belt conveyor, Invisible air bag facility, RPAS/FPAS hole punching machine etc.
- Knowledge of injections molds, manufacturing of molds etc.
- Mold trial issues, defects and countermeasure, Optimum parameter setting, cycle time reduction techniques.
- Knowledge of various plastic raw materials.





Competencies / Skills:

- Installation and commissioning of Injection mold machine
- Auto-Cad
- Project (Green Field)
- Injection mold machine operation
- Electrical and civil basic know how
