Job Description

Seeking an accomplished candidate, who can support Marketing Analytics and Support functions for Private Wealth. This role will partner across centers of excellence and Private Wealth teams with responsibilities that include:

Responsibilities

- Reporting, Analytics & Insights: Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, scorecards, and reporting across campaigns, events, digital channels, and audience programs. Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify trends and measure performance.
- Dashboard & Data Source Development: Support Tableau, Sigma, and Snowflake reporting environments, including creating and maintaining dashboards, data tables / ETL processes, and reporting repository upkeep.
- Data Management & Operations: Support data preparation, cleaning, validation, governance, and quality assurance. Own measurement set-up including UTM creation, A/B test set-up, and quality check Ad trafficking documents. Partner with internal teams on ingestion and management of marketing data more broadly.
- Presentation & Visual Materials: Assist in developing PowerPoint slides and visual graphics for internal updates and strategic presentations.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, analytics, and data workflows through automation,



standardization, and scalable processes while partnering with global marketing, technology, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

The Client seeks to hire highly motivated individuals who demonstrate intelligence, excellence, and sound judgment in their previous endeavors. In addition to exceptionally strong organizational skills, the successful candidate should have:

- 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related roles preferably within financial services, asset management or wealth management
- Experience supporting global teams and operating within a global delivery model
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working with large datasets
- Robust attention to detail, data quality, and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly skilled in Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Knowledge and proficiency across Tableau, Salesforce, Sigma and Snowflake
- Experience with SQL and/or Python for data analysis, reporting, and process automation preferred
