Job Title: Travel Nurse Recruiter US Healthcare Staffing
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Travel Nurse Recruiter to join our US Healthcare Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified travel nurses across various healthcare facilities in the United States. This role requires strong knowledge of US healthcare staffing, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced workplace.
Location- Noida/Vadodara

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit qualified travel nurses (RN, LPN, etc.) for US healthcare assignments
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive nursing candidates
• Coordinate with candidates regarding job requirements, compliance, credentials, and travel assignments
• Work closely with account managers and clients to understand staffing requirements
• Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to client requirements (MSP/VMS systems)
• Negotiate pay rates, assignment terms,



and contract details with candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and ensure timely follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations and client-specific requirements
• Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring and submission targets
• Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure retention and redeployment opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2–5+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment (Travel Nursing preferred)
• Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing models (MSP/VMS preferred)
• Experience recruiting for RN, LPN, or allied healthcare professionals is a plus
• Familiarity with platforms like Aya, AMN, Cross Country, HealthTrust, or similar MSPs
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, ATS tools, and referrals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Knowledge of licensing, credentialing, and compliance requirements for US nurses
