A qualified Chartered Accountant, fresher, who is clear that they want to build a career in IT consulting rather than in a core finance or audit role.

This is the single most key filter. The work is to support projects in ERP support and client training, not accounting, and candidates who are only using this as a stopgap until an audit or industry finance role opens will not work out.

Mandatory

- Qualified CA (cleared final). Please do not Apply CA Inter or pursuing candidates.

- Strong working knowledge of core finance processes: AR, AP, GL and fixed assets.

- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- The role is client facing from early on and candidates will be presenting to client teams.

- Willing to travel to client sites for extended duration.

- Based in or willing to relocate to Pune.

Interview process

1. Online test over the weekend. .

2. Candidates who clear the technical round will be called back for a presentation round on a relevant topic, scheduled separately.
