Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Team Leader – Prime Mortgages (Open Market) to drive home loan sales, manage sales activities, and expand the customer base in the assigned market. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through open-market sourcing, managing sales executives, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive home loan business through open-market sourcing and customer acquisition.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.
- Identify potential customers through market mapping, field visits, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, connectors, and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance, sales productivity, and pipeline movement.




- Coordinate with credit, operations, and processing teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, documentation standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in home loan or mortgage sales.
- Prior experience in open-market sales and team handling is preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Good knowledge of home loan products and the local market.
