The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Consultant (Senior) with expertise in Organization and Workforce Transformation to join the People Consulting team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organization whilst being instrumental in the growth of the People Consulting team. Organization and Workforce Transformation comprises professionals who provide services across Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, and Leadership and Culture. In addition to project delivery, the team supports business development, point-of-view development, proposals, and market research within the OWT portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Leverage experience in Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Leadership and Culture, and Talent Management to deliver workforce transformation projects for global clients in collaboration with GDS teams and other EY member firms
- Provide support in capturing industry thought leadership and benchmarking organization and process metrics to create outstanding deliverables
- Follow a robust internal review process to ensure high-quality deliverables and excellent feedback from clients and global project counterparts
- Build strong relationships and drive effective communication with client and project-team counterparts across global locations
- Support the development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, and methodologies to broaden capability offerings within the practice and enhance GDS awareness across the firm

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- 6-9 years of relevant experience
- Minimum two years of experience in Organization Design, Workforce Planning, and Talent Management
- Master's degree in HR or a similar full-time MBA/EMBA
- Experience working in a consulting environment on global client projects
- Experience developing points of view and sales proposals in Organization Design and Talent Management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to advise, challenge, and influence clients

Good to have:

- Experience consulting for global organizations across industries in Organization Design, Workforce Planning and Restructuring, Talent Management, and Leadership and Culture Assessment
- Experience providing Organization Design solutions and supporting decision-making on talent management and workforce planning
- Experience determining key people metrics by analysing data sets and identifying trends
- Project management experience, including tracking, benefits reporting, and stakeholder management
- Experience in organizational change management and training
- Working knowledge of HR systems and other cloud or ERP technologies
