REQUIREMENT:
- We are hiring experience in GenAI solutions for Healthcare, Pharma, and Commercial Analytics use cases.
- Build and optimize LLM-powered applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Text-to-SQL, and Conversational AI frameworks.
- Develop intelligent workflows using modern GenAI frameworks and orchestration platforms.
- Design and implement enterprise-scale AI solutions with a focus on performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Analyse healthcare, life sciences, and commercial datasets to generate actionable business insights.
- Develop predictive and statistical models to support business decision-making.
- Apply advanced analytics, machine learning, and GenAI techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Improve model performance through prompt optimization, evaluation, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting AI and analytics workloads.
- Work with cloud-native services on Azure and AWS environments.
- Utilize Databricks for large-scale data processing and AI model development.
- Ensure productive data ingestion, transformation, and integration processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and technical reviews.
- Contribute to best practices, reusable frameworks, and AI governance standards.
- Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and reviewing outstanding quality code
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
- Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
