Job Summary

Global administration, training and support for continuous improvement of MAHLE s Product Cost Calculation tool FACTON and the related Premises Planning processes. Key responsibilities include managing the FACTON costing platform, ensuring process compliance and data quality, providing user support and training, driving standardization and system enhancements, and coordinating global premises planning to enable accurate and transparent product costing.

Your Contribution

- Quotation PDP Product Cost Calculation Tool Administration, Training and support for Continuous Improvement
- Focus on FACTON Software Tool for PDP Product Cost Calculation
- Conduct quality reviews and global audits to ensure compliance with MAHLE standards and accuracy of cost data
- Provide 1st level support for FACTON users incl. solving tickets
- Escalate problems to IT or FACTON or GPO Programs Project Controlling
- Further development of MAHLE standards processes (e.g. new releases) collaboration with FACTON for implementation of new features incl. Testing (e.g. reports)
- Support the development of training material for Key Users
- Training of Key Users / FACTON Users
- Lead and develop FACTON User Community by establishing best practices and providing continuous knowledge sharing
- Premises Planning Process for Product Calculations
- Support and further development of Process Method for Premises Planning
- Organization and moderation of kick-off- and alignment meetings incl. preparation
- Premises file preparation for plants and management of data sharing
- Tracking data provision by plant and data analysis feedback; Support Plant CO (QA)
- Consolidation of plant data and visualization of contents (e.g. via PowerBI)
- Documentation and Presentation generation
- Content definition (Guidance)



and Creation of Manual for the premises planning
- FACTON administration upload of premises
- Conducting adjustments and updates during the year

Your Experience and Qualification

- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study.
- Several years of professional experience in Product Cost Calculation for customer projects in the Product Development Process (PDP), strong system knowledge in FACTON or in a comparable product costing tool.
- Experience in defining assumptions and parameters for product cost calculations (e.g., labor rates, machine rates, and overhead costs).

Minimum Requirements

- Solid computer skills, particularly SAP (CO-PC), as well as advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel and PowerBI.
- Strong communication skills: to effectively convey information to stakeholders and internal customers. Fluent written and spoken English.
- High level of process, standardization, and efficiency orientation and attention to detail paired with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills: to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and internal customer satisfaction.
