Background of the Project

Project: Hans Wellness

The Hans Wellness Centre (Health services for students) has been conceptualized with a focus on school students mental and physical well-being. The health professionals working on this project would be the backbone to steer the project toward the intended impact and the outcomes. The Hans Foundation has started its kind initiative to provide improvement in the physical, mental, and social well-being of school-age children in 50+ schools of Delhi NCR, to help towards leading a healthy life. Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages and Sustainable Development and Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. THF is willing to implement this unique project which is the need of the hour in Govt and private schools of Delhi NCR.

1. General Information

Location: Delhi

Type of Employment: Contractual, renewable basis project requirements

No. of Position: 01

Reporting to: Medical officer from THF, Nodal teacher/principal in the school

2. Duties & Responsibilities

- To ensure maintenance and hygiene of the clinic.
- Support in the secure delivery of services to the students.
- Queue Management in the clinic.
- Maintain the data of Consent Forms and keep apprising the Medical Officer of the same.




- Assist in filling out student s feedback forms.
- Home visit as per the instruction from Medical Officer / Psychologist / Project Manager.
- Any other work assigned by THF.

3. Other Indicative Requirements

- Behave Politely with children or any other person in school
- Integrity and professionalism
- Problem solver and innovative
- Good organizational and time management skill
- Giving close attention to details and demonstrating ability to handle sensitive or confidential information

4. Educational Qualifications

- 10th class pass.
- First Aid training certificate from St John Ambulance Brigade or other recognized & reputed institutes/organization.

Functional / Technical Skills and Relevant Experience & Other requirements (Behavioural, Language, Certifications etc.)

- Experience working in the field/school/clinic for 01 - 03 years
- Candidate must have good communication skills in Hindi.

Monday - Saturday
