We Are Hiring: International Process Executive

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad
Salary: 20,00038,000 CTC per month
Shift: Rotational shifts (24/7), including night shifts

Roles & Highlights:

- Work with international processes serving US and UK customers.
- Maintain skilled communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Training will be provided to the candidates.

What You Will Do:

- Respond to customer queries timely.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain service quality.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective query resolution.
