Job Summary:

We are seeking a Change Management Consultant - AI Adoption to support the successful rollout and adoption of AI solutions across business functions. This role will focus on driving organizational change, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, training initiatives, and enablement programs to help employees effectively integrate AI into their day-to-day work.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in change management, digital transformation, technology adoption, business transformation, organizational change management, training delivery, or consulting. Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar solutions is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive adoption of AI solutions across business teams and functions.
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement and manage relationships across multiple business units.
- Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, awareness programs, and enablement activities.
- Identify user adoption challenges and recommend improvement strategies.
- Collect user feedback and improve adoption effectiveness.
- Partner with business and technology teams to ensure successful rollout outcomes.
- Track adoption progress, engagement levels,



and business impact.
- Support communications and change initiatives related to AI transformation programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor during technology adoption and change programs.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3-8 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change Management, Technology Adoption, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Consulting, Learning & Development, or related fields.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience conducting training sessions, workshops, or user enablement activities.
- Experience managing or supporting organizational change initiatives.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting AI adoption or technology transformation programs.
- Understanding of user adoption, change communication, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Consulting or transformation program experience.

Good to Have:

- Experience measuring adoption success and change outcomes.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
- Exposure to automation, GenAI, or enterprise AI initiatives.
