Role Description

The role requires an employee to work on Daily Chat / Booking /Exchange/ Attachment and Revenue as per the Target and demonstrates a explicit understanding of policies and procedures of operation. This role required agent to have good GDS knowledge, travel geography & sabre, It complies with and applies policies and procedures appropriately





Required Qualifications

- Should have chat experience/ good typing speed.
- Candidate should have adequate knowledge of International Travel domain and GDS familiar understanding of travel Booking with Internet research skills for travel related purposes if any.
- Trained in TMS /OBE/GDS for new booking process.
- Preferred GDS experience (SABRE and/or Amadeus).
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Min 6 months current exp in international chat process
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Open to work 24/7 environment, willingness to extend the shifts as per process requirement if any.
