Job Title: Linux Production Support Engineer

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Job Description:

- Provide production support for Linux/Unix-based systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot server issues.
- Handle production incidents and service requests.
- Perform log analysis and root cause analysis.
- Work on Shell Scripting and automate routine tasks.
- Monitor CPU, memory, disk space, and system processes.
- Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams.
- Support production deployments and ensure system availability.

Mandatory Skills: Linux/Unix, Production Support, Shell Scripting, Troubleshooting, Log Analysis, Incident Management, System Monitoring.

Positive to Have: ITIL, SQL, monitoring tools, and 24/7 production support experience.
