- Manage existing clients; resolve their queries and explore new areas business with them
- Research on companies through website and other secondary sources from various sectors to identify potential clients.
- Co-ordinate with client for getting necessary information to on-board the client.
- Email drafting specific to client need
Candidate Profile: 0-3 year experience in areas like customer service, BPO, KPO , sales; etc
- Graduate
- Basic knowledge of excel
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
