We are looking for experienced AR Callers with strong knowledge of US healthcare, hospital billing, Any billing type

Key Responsibilities

- Handle accounts receivable (AR) calls to resolve outstanding balances, claim denials, and payment-related queries.
- Perform denial management by identifying root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage international voice process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with insurance companies, physicians, and hospitals to ensure timely payment resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: Only experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent English communication.




- Domain: US Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Mandatory: Experience in hospital billing and any billing type
- Shift: Willingness to work night shifts. US Shift (6:30PM - 3:30AM)
- Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) only; work-from-home is not available.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
