Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end production operations and drive manufacturing excellence across the assigned division.
- Manage production planning, capacity utilization, manpower deployment and resource optimization.
- Oversee shop-floor operations, including machining, finishing, assembly and related manufacturing processes.
- Drive production output, product quality, on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 13485 and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor key production KPIs, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead, mentor and develop production teams to build a culture of accountability, safety and performance.
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning and other cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
